Just steps from the Pacific Ocean, Sea View is a top-floor, two-bedroom, two-bath condo thoughtfully refreshed by Jodi G Designs for a longtime client. With an established relationship and deep understanding of the homeowner’s aesthetic, this project focused on elevating the space while honoring the art and pieces already collected over time.

The renovation centered around a complete kitchen transformation, including all new cabinetry and a more refined, functional layout. Updated flooring, light fixtures, and entirely new furnishings brought a renewed sense of cohesion and comfort to the home. Each selection was made to complement the client’s existing artwork, allowing it to shine within a lighter, more contemporary coastal setting.

The result is a bright, polished retreat that feels both timeless and personal. With abundant natural light and a location moments from the shoreline, this refreshed condo reflects the ease and beauty of seaside living.
