As the lead designer for this long-anticipated indoor-outdoor destination, Jodi G Designs was brought on to help shape Linden Square into more than just a shopping and dining hub—it’s a welcoming gathering space designed for locals and visitors alike. With beloved Central Coast favorites like Bettina, Third Window Brewing, and Corazón Cocina setting up shop, the vision for the space was clear: relaxed, family-friendly, and full of coastal charm.

Jodi’s design touches can be seen throughout the property, beginning with the expansive lower courtyard. Outfitted with beautiful, comfortable furniture, oversized family-style tables, layered textures, and lush plantings, the courtyard invites guests to linger—whether they’re sipping, dining, or simply soaking in the vibe. Thoughtful lighting and coastal-inspired decor create a warm ambiance that transitions seamlessly from day to night.

Upstairs, Jodi designed the bar and lounge area as a relaxed yet elevated hangout, perfect for enjoying ocean air. She also lent her design eye to several interior spaces, including the bathrooms, waiting areas, and connecting hallways—ensuring that every corner of Linden Square feels intentional and inviting.

The result is a modern community hub with heart—a stylish yet approachable space where design, flavor, and connection all come together.
